Oh yes they feel deeply. They are extraordinarily sensitive beings. The catch is their sensitivity starts and stops with themselves. It is completely egocentrical. To the pyschopath/sociopath the feelings of others are a mystery, a riddle to them of which they could care less about solving. They enjoy the futile emotions of their victims only so much as they can use them to their advantage. The deeper you are being hurt the deeper satisifaction your sociopath is feeling for a job well done.
